— REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY – READ CAREFULLY —

Cancelations must be made by telephone 855-226-1115 or email.

NO REFUND/NO CHANGE TICKETS – These tickets are not refundable or changeable under any circumstances, including illness (flu, COVID, traffic, missed flight, etc).

REFUNDABLE TICKETS – These tickets are fully refundable or changeable up to 1 hour before departure time.

In the event that American Railbike Adventures cancels the ride, for any reason, we will issue a 100% refund.

Customers removed from our rail bikes due to violating safety policies will not be given a refund.
