You can book your rail bike adventure with us online. We offer NON-REFUNDABLE and REFUNDABLE tickets.

— REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY – READ CAREFULLY —

Cancelations must be made by telephone 855-226-1115 or email.

We offer 2 type of tickets:

NO REFUND/NO CHANGE TICKETS – Refundable up to 48 hours after initial purchase time. After 48 hours of initial purchase time, these tickets are not refundable or changeable under any circumstances, including illness (flu, COVID, traffic, missed flight, etc).

REFUNDABLE TICKETS – These tickets are fully refundable or changeable up to 1 hour before departure time.

In the event that American Railbike Adventures cancels the ride, for any reason, we will issue a 100% refund.

Customers removed from our rail bikes due to violating safety policies will not be given a refund.
