You can book your rail bike adventure with us online. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must do so 3 days prior to your reservation date. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 3 days of reservation date.

Cancelations must be made by telephone 855-226-1115 or email.
Cancelations must be made 3 days prior to scheduled date to quality for a refund. Cancelations made less than 3 days of scheduled date are not refundable, however, may be gifted to another party who uses your original departure date and time.
In the event that American Railbike Adventures cancels the ride, for any reason, we will issue a 100% refund.
No-shows will not be given a refund.
Customers removed from our rail bikes due to violating safety policies will not be given a refund.
