Refund Policy

Cancelations must be made 3 days prior to scheduled date to qualify for a refund. Cancelations made less than 3 days of scheduled date are not refundable, however, may be gifted to another party who uses your original departure date and time. 

Cancelations must be made by email info@americanrailbike.com The date the email is sent designates the ‘received’ date.  Send an email to us with the full name on the reservation and instructions to cancel. If you fall within the 3 day refund period, you will receive a refund receipt via email.

ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL INCUR A $10 CACELATION FEE to cover the cost of the fees your bank charges us for the initial purchase and refund to your credit card.

In the event that AMERICAN RAIL BIKE ADVENTURES cancels the ride, for any reason, we will issue a 100% refund.

No-shows will not be given a refund.

Customers removed from our rail bikes due to violating safety policies will not be given a refund.
